Handspun Uneven Striping Tonal Gray Mini-Skein Yarn Using 100% Wool

Quick facts:

Description:

This handspun mini-skein uses a blend of tonal grays - light snowy gray, medium mid-tone gray, dark brown/gray - in uneven stripes. It uses Scottish wool and is incredibly lightweight and soft. This yarn feels luxurious to the touch and has an earthy feel. I spun this yarn with my Electric Eel Wheel. Enjoy!

Care:

The yarn is ready-to-use. When it's time to clean, hand-wash it in cold water (using a wool conditioner) and lay flat to dry.

Length estimation:

The length of the yarn was estimated by weighing a small length of yarn, finding the centimeter-to-gram ratio, and applying this to the entire weight of the skein. If you'd like a more exact measurement, just let me know! I'd be more than happy to measure the exact length with greater precision.

Packaging:

The yarn will arrive in either a recycled gray mailer or a paper mailer. If it’s in a paper mailer, then the outer packaging (i.e., mailer, label, tape) is entirely recyclable and compostable. If it's in a gray mailer, the outer packaging must be thrown away. In either case, the inner packaging will be entirely compostable.
